Hi 👋 how are you feeling? Did it improve?

I used a u shaped body pillow so that when I was laying in it, I could not roll to either side it helped a lot. I think I used it for about eight weeks. Hope that helps

I struggled with this too. After my lumpectomy, I found using a body pillow really helped. It provided support and made it easier to find a comfortable position.

I found it helpful to practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing or listening to calming music before bed.

I used a U-shaped pregnancy pillow after my surgery. It was a game changer

One person shared their experience after a lumpectomy and suggested wearing loose clothing and no bra for 3 months to avoid skin irritation. However, there were no specific suggestions on how to sleep comfortably after the procedure.
