I use a personal fan. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Sadly if the power is out or my fan dies (ive gone through 3 fans now), I can't sleep for nothing.

headphones & a fan does wonders for me. Im sensitive to sensory input because of PTSD and fans literally help so much.

if you dont like headphones you dont need them but they help dull out the fans if they get too loud.

I run an air purifier on the highest setting to give good white noise.

I am a super heavy sleeper unless it's too quiet and then every noise wakes me. I use an expected background noise like music, thunderstorms or a really well known TV show to keep me asleep.
