I use a personal fan. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Sadly if the power is out or my fan dies (ive gone through 3 fans now), I can't sleep for nothing.

I have a white noise machine and it works pretty well for me

headphones & a fan does wonders for me. Im sensitive to sensory input because of PTSD and fans literally help so much.

@Noma if you dont like headphones you dont need them but they help dull out the fans if they get too loud.

I run an air purifier on the highest setting to give good white noise.

I am a super heavy sleeper unless it's too quiet and then every noise wakes me. I use an expected background noise like music, thunderstorms or a really well known TV show to keep me asleep.
