Looking for Sleep Medication Alternatives
Hi, I am on trazadone for sleep and anxiety. I changed from mirtazapine to trazadone due to weight gain The weight has stopped but I am still getting grogginess and fatigue due the day. Has anyone tried anything that doesn't cause as much grogginess and fatigue?

Sorry, I've only taken trazadone for sleep. I'm not taking anything for sleep right now. I just try to get to sleep using natural methods like herbal tea and white noise.
