Struggling with Sleep and Gastroparesis

I have had sleep problems and just a week ago gastroparesis...I had a period of like 3 weeks that I would start to fall asleep and right when I would get to that stage...I would stop breathing...I do have OSA and on CPAP therapy...I do eventually go to sleep...but it's hard...also this new journey of gastroparesis...I am type 2 diabetic and am on both oral and insulin medications...I'm soooooo miserable right now and cry often because I do not know what to do...if I lie on my right side...my stomach empties...but I get constipated unless I take fiber supplements or use laxatives....I'm just so frustrated right now πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜¬πŸ˜–πŸ˜΅πŸ˜£

Sorry to here about all your problems πŸ˜₯ I'd like to ask how your doctors found out your vagus nerve was damaged? I highly suspect mine is damaged and am off to see a cardiologist soon. I have many of the symptoms, which I knew of for some time now, but a new symptom, which pointed in the direction of vagus nerve damage, was a deviated uvula! Thanks for any help.
