Hello, When it comes to my diagnosis with psychosis my doctor called it "sleep deprivation induced psychosis". Recently I felt someone tap there fingers lightly on my stomach and leg and it's freaking me the heck out. I've had okay sleep and nowhere near how bad it used to be but for some reason as of recent it's happening again. also Ill add it might have just been my TV but I almost had a panic attack the other night hearing a clicking sound.

i see & hear stuff all the time, i hate leaving home because then it's harder to differentiate, but i manage, mostly due to me being SEVERELY ocd, however, tactile hallucinations are my hard limit that shit is not okay, sleep deprivation is awful im here if you ever need anything
