Does anyone else get extreme anxiety around bed time? I’m always worried I’m not going to get enough sleep and it gives me anxiety attacks thinking I’m not going to get enough sleep.

But I take clonidine, mirtazapine, melatonin. Sometimes I do fall asleep but wake up 3 hours later and been temazepam only for when I wake up but been taking every night for a month the effects are worn it means I built tolerance to it and now I'm stuck.

Me. I feel hot like my stomach feels like on fire and sweat at night. As time ticks so does my anxiety worsens. I hate it.

Distractions of the day are removed as we try to fall asleep and make us confront the deepest, scariest thoughts. I have severe insomnia from this and other issues. I'm exhausted all the time. We'll get through this 🫂💕

Same here. I always get anxiety if start thinking about dying right before sleeping, then I have to sleep sitting up. I dealt with that for a year before I could go into a doctor for an appointment for medication.

alarmy is the best (and worst lol) alarm to get. It makes you complete tasks before the alarm turns off and it's horribly loud. But as someone who always struggled to wake up on time, this really helped me wake up on time to go to work

definitely!! I'm struggling with it right now actually, but knowing I had an early shift for work the next morning made it 100x worse. for me, rain sounds and a relaxing podcast helps me, also playing a simple game on my phone also helps my brain switch off, I hope you get a good night sleep soon :)
