So no more symptoms for the past 4 years? How did you make them go away?

Hi :) I was in remission for 1 1/2 years only when we started to try to conceive. Hydroxychloroquine never worked for me, I have been unmedicated since 2014, and was so during my pregnancy too (not saying you should be too). My baby was born at home, I had a low intervention unmedicated birth. It's possible ā¤ļø rest a lot if you can, drink a lot of fluids, and try meditation. Ask for help around the house (that's a hard one for me but it's necessary!)

@Tbabe ?? Pretty sure I do, it's been confirmed by 4 specialist in 3 countries, by biopsies of the skin and blood test. I have basically all the symptoms right now. Before pregnancy I consulted a rheumatologist and an OBGYN who has cared for many SLE patients before. They have both given me the šŸ‘supporting my choices. I had an easy, complications-free pregnancy and birth. I have found that lifestyle changes help me a lot more then medications.
