Managing SLE Symptoms During Pregnancy: Need Advice

Hey everyone... just got diagnosed last year with SLE and its been a roller coaster for me in managing my symptoms. currently I'm pregnant and have gone through so many life threatening experiences. I'm so scared....i need advice from people who been through this situation.

Hi :) I was in remission for 1 1/2 years only when we started to try to conceive. Hydroxychloroquine never worked for me, I have been unmedicated since 2014, and was so during my pregnancy too (not saying you should be too). My baby was born at home, I had a low intervention unmedicated birth. It's possible ❤️ rest a lot if you can, drink a lot of fluids, and try meditation. Ask for help around the house (that's a hard one for me but it's necessary!)
