Sudden SLE Flare Ups: Anyone Else Experience This?

Does anyone with SLE have flare ups that come out of nowhere, hit hard, but only last a few days?

Thank you. Yes stress certainly makes it worse. I had divorce court yesterday and the flare up from stress was intense!

I don’t have lupus myself but I know someone who deals with it. It seems to me that the more stress they have it’s really a rough time when they have a flare up. But they also have other health problems with it. I wish I could be of more help than that.
