Sketching with ADHD: A Personal Journey

Today I was able to practice my sketches, which with my adhd I see as a pretty good accomplishment. I’m getting to the point where I can focus on them for longer periods of time

Hi that is so awesome because I love to draw but I don't like to do it around my mom because she always has to do something embarrassing with the drawings I make like post them to Facebook or tell me to send it to family/relatives and I don't want to do that.

My mom is like that too. I sang to her and she said "You should put that on youtube!" It's embarassing, but she is just expressing that she enjoys it. You don't have to do anything you're uncomfortable with. You can tell her that you'd prefer if she doesn't make suggestions about it. She might listen.
