Looking for Sjorgens dryness treatments

I personally had zero issues with the pilocarpine.

I’m only up tp talking one pill twice a day so far, I was trying three half pills & was feeling woozy so cut back but it might just take time to get past it 🤷🏻‍♀️

How does the pilocarpine agree with the gut?

I really liked Xiidra for eye drops!

Were you able to eventually tolerate 4 pills a day for the pilocarpine?

Pilocarpine worked for me. Otherwise, just over the counter mouth wetting drops, and Systane for dry eyes. Also my nose gets dry so I use a saline spray or netti pot for that.

For my eyes currently Restasis. My eyes we so bad! I drink a lot of water and usually start the day with some type of drink with electrolytes. I have used Liquid IV / Propel drink mix. Then the rest of the water. I use a dry mouth rinse like oral b and I get the dry mouth gum. It is expensive so I don’t buy it often
