Yes!! Got diagnosed with it last year but still trying to figure out how to treat with meds and supplements. How have you been managing?

  @Nezzy I got diagnosed in 21016 and got the antibiotics but they didn’t really work. I have tried various diets but the low FODMAP is the best. I just got Rediagnosed and am working with DietvsDisease to get antimicrobials. They have REALLY helped me get the low FODMAP diet right. If you get info on supplements let me know! I have combined methane and hydrogen- but mostly methane- and saw somewhere that pre-and pro-biotics only work if you get them tailored to you specifically.
