Talking about symptoms with siblings

does anyone else have siblings who get a blank expression when you talk about your symptoms? At this point it kind of hurts but I've grown used to it mostly.

Mom , sister, aunts, anyone who should also could benefit from being in therapy looks as if it's an excuse or just says no that isn't how your feeling. Feel this lol

👍 yep I've heard that alot before *as of its an excuse or just says no that isn't how u feel* my husband thinks my depression/anxiety is all in my head smh lol.. sometimes I WISH he cld simply feel exactly how I'm feeling

My little sister used to do that same thing with me. That's why I eventually stopped talking to her about things and started talking to my psychiatrist more,Journaling, other people, and venting by writing songs.
