Is it normal to have shoulder/shoulder blade pain with POTS? It’s kinda concerning me.

I have it but I also have hEDS, which causes joint subluxations.

It depends on how much you're using your arms! Do you have a job or are you doing an activity that requires moving them a lot? Then likely so, and I'd look into things that could help with the pain (one of those back massager wands that you can plug in and stuff!). Otherwise, I'd seek help from a professional like a chiropractor or a doctor that is aware of your POTS and how it works.

Are you hyper mobile I talked to my physical therapist and she said my shoulder pain is likely due to my hyper mobility

I'm not saying you have or don't have this but look into intracranial hypotension

i have pain in all different joints in my body from POTS or possibly something else. it’s very frequently in my shoulder but that’s from an old dislocation
