Shortness of breath due to anxiety: how long and severe?

Mine sometimes feels like it lasts all day too. I get the shortness of breath all the time so you aren’t alone. It can get worse sometimes then not so bad other times. I know it is my anxiety because I’ve been to the doctors and emergency department on several occasions because of this (shortness of breath and sometimes with tight chest) and my oxygen levels are still perfectly fine. So just know you aren’t alone with that. It happens with me as well. And sometimes I just have to take deep breaths until I feel like I can get a full breath.

My chest gets tight but I'm not sure about all day. That sounds more like a panic attack for something physical
