Shooting Pain in Left Arm: Need Advice

Lately I have been having shooting pain in my left arm to my wrist and it has been happening at random times. I am a right handed and rarely use my left side. There are other times I have shooting pain other parts of my body but this pain stops me from doing anything until the pain goes away.

I do get chest pains but I haven't done much workouts and usually it is after putting so much weight into my body. Like cleaning where I am getting the coffee stain off or after carrying heavy things. I recently had a bit of a sharp pain shooting into my chest after carrying a bag of heavy grocery for a customer at my job.

it is scary. I get chest pains as well. With 3 arterial blockages, I become very concern. I really try not to think of it. I'll shift my body position or whatever hoping it goes away. Sometimes it might, sometimes not. However, I find it alittle concerning about full length arm pain. I research alot and think maybe you should discuss with your Dr. Please updatešŸ„°

you know, the hard part is that I don't know my medical history because my adoption records didn't have my family medical history.

had a whole paragraph texted and lost itšŸ¤£. I have the same problem but not legally adopted, just handed over on hospital stairs. Your whole life of filling out paperwork is "unknown" and no idea what we can pass to our childrenšŸ˜“

Do you think itā€™s possibly a pinched nerve from your neck or hyper mobility in your shoulder?
