Shivering after Confrontation - Any Ideas?
Anyone else shiver really bad after you have like a confrontation with someone? Like I was playing a game and someone on the mic was being an asshole so o shot back (beat them in game btw) and afterwards I’m shivering horribly. This happens anytime I confront someone. Any idea why?

Trembling is a common symptom of anxiety. Sometimes even if your emotions don't really match, you'll still get the physical symptoms as a response to the hormones your body is firing off.
