I've started getting random bouts of sharp stabbing pain that shoots from one side of my lower back up to the back of my shoulder but I only feel it when I get up and move around. This is only the second time it's happened but I'm not sure what's causing it. I think it's muscular so the sharp stabbing could be like a 'spasm' but I don't know. Anyone have anything similar?
