I tried being a gluten free vegan and took both sulfasalazine and methotrexate and in the end tnf blockers were the answer . They’ve given me issues but the positives far outweigh the risks and negatives

I have decided I am definitely not taking a TNF

Got diagnosed with this disease yesterday. Have been suffering with pain for the last 3 years. But I do not want to take TNF’s . Does anyone have any suggestions or tried natural remedies ? They gave me Sulftinze I’m not sure it’s spelled correctly because of my crp and sed rate being so high.
