Shaky Legs in the Shower: Anxiety or Something More?

I am claustrophobic and am terrified of the shower. Mine stems back to a time I did fall in the shower and being a very big guy, broke loose the glass wall frame and couldn't get up on my own so had to scream for help till my family heard and came to my rescue. Since then I have to take an extra stress pill to take a shower and even then I shake and am terrified the whole time I'm in there.

I get nervous and dizzy about falling in the shower too, so much that my heart will pound. Then I just realized that the water was way too hot and my body was desperately trying to cool down. I recommend trying to turn down the temperature a little bit. You got this! ❤️
