Help! I'm experiencing severe vertigo and don't know what to do
i just woke up and my head spins with the slightest movement so i cant get up!! I do not have BPPV i have been checked and it came out negative. I'm very scared and don't know what to do

Also wore a heart monitor twice for 2 weeks each time and nothing was on there to explain it

did you get an assessment done for BPPV or Vestibular Dysfunction? I have VD and my ears looked perfectly healthy, you go in to a place that does vestibular rehabilitation and you talk about your symptoms and what theyre like and they perform some physical tests; balance and tolerance of movement and based on your results they'll know where to go from there!!

I get dizzy spells all the time and feel super lightheaded pretty often. I had my ears checked and had a ct of my head but nothing was shown. Last resort now is a brain MRI to see if I have a tumor or MS
