I have this! I had it really bad years ago and my doctors didn’t really help. I cut out gluten, dairy, and sugar and it helped for a while but lately it’s been really bad again. I was just put on new meds to try to help but no change yet.

Have you had a gastric test? My cardiologist did one for me to see how solid food was digesting, etc.

@heyreese no not yet. They are putting me on a bland diet first.
