Severe Stomach Pain and Other Symptoms

I have very bad stomach pain and gas. When I go to the restroom I feel like I have dierria and also painfully has. During every month or so I have really bad headaches that lead to nausea and throwing up. I also have a urination problem at night and day. I don't know if they are connected or not. I am concerned about these issues but I don't have enough money to go to the doctor.

Have you tried kegel exercises they strengthen your lower core muscles so that your bladder doesn't feel like it has to leak all the time.
