I get a sharp pain in my ribs sometimes and have Fibromyalgia.

I get this really badly, currently in a hot Epsom salt bath to try and ease it. It also feels like my diaphragm is constantly cramping and making it difficult to breathe. Frustratingly, I also have endometriosis & fibromyalgia so can't help determine the cause. I do know that diaphragmatic endometriosis is more common than they think though! Hope something helps! I may also have something called fibrous dysplasia though which could be causing rib pain & fractures 😅 Recommend some magnesium tablets in case it's referred pain from diaphragm or intercostal muscles, a bath or a heat pack. 😞 I hope it eases up for you!

I have experienced a feeling like having a bruise all along my bottom rib on one side for a few years and have recently been diagnosed with fibro. For a while I wondered if it was my bra causing it but over lockdown and beyond I stopped wearing a bra for 2 years and it stuck around.

I have been experiencing this for a while. Used to happen here or there, if I over exerted maybe one day. Now its been excruciating, daily for almost a month now. I'm waiting to get into pain management so I have no answers as of yet but I have fibro and EDS

I don't think it's fibro or endo. You probably sprained/bruised them, lifting something or stretching too much
