Looking for Help with Severe Overactive Bladder

Had anything helped anyone’s severe overactivebladder? I been doing physical therapy but I am trying to find a good medication to take. I saw a new urologist and I wanna try oxybutynin but he’s refusing to put me on it. and he’s trying to put me on a different pill but I saw that it could cause weight gain and that is why I don’t want to be on this other medicine.
