Help! Severe Hair Loss

I take spirnolactone to help with my hair loss and chin hair growth.

There are supplements that help with hair, nails and skin. I would do some research which one is good. I use tea tree shampoo. It seems to work

I also took Olly brand hair, skin, and nails. They sell them at Walmart

I went to the doctor due to extreme hairless. I got scared and thought my thyroid was acting up or I had cancer but she ran test and it showed my Vitamin D was extremely low so she told me to take 1,000 IUs a day of Bitamin D.

I'm trying to figure this out to my hair loss is so bad
