Like I'm being stabbed or branded. Mainly on the outsides and insides of my heels. Can almost drop me from the suddenness and pain!

I have plantar fasciitis. Especially painful when I get up in the morning. I use the straps on my feet at night. I use about 3 different pairs of shoes throughout the day. I walk 3 miles throughout the day. I have Brooks and Hoka shoes and wear cushion flip flops around the house. I use a theragun sometimes and have acupuncture treatments too.

I find that sugar makes my Fybro so much worse and my joint are in agony
