I had just got done eating, and my chest and stomach started to hurt. I figured that maybe I needed to poop, so I did. But my chest is still hurting really bad. I’m also nauseous, but haven’t thrown up. I’m at a friends house and she offered to take me to the ER, but I’m not sure if it’s that serious. What could this be? I know it’s not my acid reflux as I’m not foaming nor do I have gas right now. I’m not bloated at all and I’m not constipated.
