I don't have a lump but I do have severe pain on my upper chest my breast and along my armpit. it hurts Soo bad. I have a mammogram on Tues ironically I set it up 3 weeks ago just because I was due but Thursday night- today it hurts so much! just my right side. should I be concerned? my grandma had breast cancer so it runs in the family she also didn't have a lump.

Best advice is Relax. Do what you can. Wait for doctors to do what they can. You already set things in motion by setting up the mammogram. Most places will tell you right away if they see an issue. If so, again relax and just do your part in the process.
