Dealing with Severe Anxiety and Panic Attacks

I've been struggling with severe anxiety for the last week and it's been hard to eat or drink much but I force myself to eat little amounts anyway so I have some food in my system. I started my new medication yesterday and I know it takes time to fully go through my system but I still have panic attacks daily.

That's good that you're still eating and drinking, even if it's just a little bit. I agree, the medication will take a little bit of time to take effect but you'll get through it! Breath in through your nose and hold for a few seconds then release through your mouth for about 6 seconds and repeat for 3 to 5 minutes is some information I've gotten from my therapist. It also can help to tense certain parts of your body for 10 seconds and then release the tension. It can help you relax
