Severe Anxiety and Health Issues

i hate having severe anxiety to the point i womt use the bathroom around them cuz i dont even wanna be seen and definitely not trying to be bothered and ik scared i may fall into health issues from holding in my pee n #2 for hrs or a day or two at a time
