I don’t usually pass out but my service dog helps me with POTS.

My Sasha is my service dog. Please think about it before you commit yourself to a service. You have a lot of costs food vet care and grooming and toys and such. There is a huge time commitment for the training both you and the dog and you definitely need patience. I would recommend that you have a savings account set up and save money for an emergency vet visit and such. Having a trained service dog is a big responsibility. Once you get some money saved start contacting the humane society for your dog and find a good reputable trainer. So many people are taken advantage of and their service dog has only been trained basic obedience, not the proper medical alert and assistance training. I'm only saying all of this because I am a service dog trainer's assistant.
