Considering a Service Dog for My Mental Health

Should I look into getting a service dog? I have diagnosed PTSD, major depression, anxiety, ADHD, and BPD traits. Sometimes I get so depressed I can't get out of bed to do basic things like take care of myself or eat as well as having self harming thoughts. I also indulge in minor self harming habits without realizing it (picking at my lips until they bleed mostly). I also have extreme panic attacks where my heart races and pounds, I either feel like throwing up or actually do throw up, shaking all over, dissociating, intense leg bouncing, feeling dizzy or like I might pass out (haven't ever passed out) and feeling like I can't breathe properly feel like a service dog would really benefit me but I also don't know if I super need one.

if you think that’s what you need go for it! they will tell you if you qualify for one for not (and if not, should hopefully give you other methods to support you) ! x
