Getting a Service Dog for Anxiety: Where to Start?
Does anyone on here have a service dog for anxiety. I have really bad panic attacks and would like to get one however I don't even know how to start. I'm in Ohio and the laws are weird. Where should I start? My psychiatrist? How do I even bring it up with out seeming fake for the lack of a better word.

Even if you can’t get a trained service dog you can also have an emotional support animal in many housings. I had a cat at school that way.

I have a service dog for epilepsy as well as my anxiety. I would mention it to your psychiatrist as well as looking into some programs online:)
