Struggling with Server Depression

Anyone else suffering from server depression ? I’m just feeling sick most the times and not wanting to get out of bed …I’m super duper in the dumps I don’t know if I’m having tusk stomach issues or if it’s all depression what do you do for this ???

I feel like that some days to. Like my mind wants to get me up and be positive. Like clean up or even every tasks. But I end up not wanting to eat and just put the TV on and not even really watch whats on
