Yep. I even take it at night and I'm still tired all day. I literally cannot function without a daily nap.

✋yes even though I am also taking Ritalin for my ADHD.
@Heather17 Also I do take it at night
I take half a pill a day, I just can't take the whole thing it makes me feel unmotivated and I procrastinate doing tasks daily.
Well I've been on sertraline before and it gave me stomach problems. If it keeps on continuing I would talk to your doctor about switching your meds. I now take escitalopram to help me and so far it has helped a little bit.
I feel the same with Prozac (another form of SSRI. Very similar to Zoloft) and even my ADHD meds don't help me be less tired that much :/
Yes I be a little less tired but maybe you need to ask for a dosage change. This the first time I've had this effect from thos medicine
I recently got back on sertraline and I be tired. My psychiatrist says to try it at night so it maybe can help my sleep
@beautywarrior I take mine at night and still tired during the day.
