I had similar symptoms, first week or two was nausea, diarrhea, not sleeping, feeling very restless, and feeling flushed/hot. Then I had the feeling hungry all the time phase for a few weeks. It took a couple of months for me to notice a change in my overall mood

I just remembered a side effect when I started taking Zoloft years ago (my words were a mess) I was more forget and I would actually forget simple words but thank God that went away. It was so noticable my co-workers would laugh and tell me to get off if it but I have tried everything and Zoloft was the best for me. But when I started I too thought I would loose my mind.
