I have it prescribed and I'm supposed to take it to sleep, but right now I only take it every once in awhile. Not for any negative reason, but for the fact that it actually works so well, that it knocks me straight out for 9 hours, so I have to take it at exactly the right time in order to be able to wake up when I need to. It's definitely a lifesaver as far as insomnia goes, at least for me. Haven't experienced any mood stabilizing with it unfortunately but it was primarily prescribed for sleep so that's all right.
