Its great cuz you finally get to sleep but honestly I sleep too much on it like I just wont wake up. It also makes you hungry so weight gain is a huge possibility I really like trazodone cuz once you take it you're out and you stay out, but the longer I took it less time I was sleeping like I needed 4-6 hrs of sleep every night and felt terrific, so its kinda a fifty fifty

I should add becuz I was feeling so good taking the trazodone, I stopped taking all of my meds and went into a manic episode so 🙃 I feel like if I had kept taking them and getting some sleep and talked to my doctor, I would've been fine lol

Seroquel is a huge lifesaver I've been taking it for 7 years at varying dosages. It helps keep everything quiet for me and I can't sleep without it. I've gone down on it over time because I can't seem to wake up in the mornings. Only other bad effect I have is shakes / tremors.

it's what I'm on right now and it has been a good option for me since it doesn't seem to cause dyskenesia with long term use . I have grown kind of dependant on it for sleep though
