Struggling to Eat: My Sensory Issues and Nutritional Needs

sometimes I feel like a feeding tube is the only way around how severe my sensory issues are. I can't eat a lot of things and my healthcare team is fully aware that i don't get what I need nutrition wise because of it. but they don't get it. I can't just eat. I'm not only too poor to get good quality food consistently, and I can't get a lot of the decent quality cheap stuff because it'll make me feel sick based solely on texture. protein shakes are out of the equation, milkshakes are hard to get the right consistency... I don't know what to do but I'm terrified of bringing up my eating struggles and asking for a solution
