How much of your self worth is tied to how other people view you? I try to minimize that as much as I can but it’s not easy.

Mines not so much how they veiw me but more so a life long of bring talked down to and being told if you can't do a b or c your worthless has lead to me treating myself like a second class citizen and I always put myself last
