Do you have a headspace? If not there are lots of resources out there on how to create one. Its optional but it's been helpful for us. They're really good tools for system communication

my therapist recently recommended that i draw characters and write out descriptions based on my alternate players, ive been doing it like they're in a creepy fantasy video game. it helps me understand the different parts of myself to think deeply into each character & what role they would play/how they would act :)
