      Hey idk if you were diagnosed with bpd, but many ppl (women especially) get diagnosed with bpd instead of adhd so they don’t get the right treatment. I’m mentioning this bc I see autism in ur bio thingy and the chances of having adhd when u have autism are very high. I also thought I had bpd but I have adhd and since I started trying to treat it things have been going well. I thought I would just mention it
