Baths, complete with scrubs and face masks. I used to never pamper myself but omg is it a game changer. Time for quiet meditation and contemplating, Journaling, even burning a candle and resting your eyes for 30 minutes/allowing yourself to sit still while listening to lofi or calming music. Going out into nature when it's nice. Heating pad and reading, watching a relaxing show or listening to a podcast
Iβve gotten into face/skin care. It feels good and it is good for you. I do it myself no professional facials. Some days I need to feel better so I put on a full face of makeup even if Iβm going nowhere. Best of luck
I draw a lot and look after people's in my neighborhood (you get to play with animals and get payed for it!! Mind blown).

I TAKE IBUPROFEN AND TYLENOL BOTH TOGETHER AND IT WORKS FOR MOST PAIN π₯ π π π AND I HAVE MY ROUGH DAYS THOUGH PAIN WHIS. SOMETIMES ONLY MY TRAMADOL 50 MGS WORKS. WHICH IS ONLY A BIT STRONGER. KEEP AN OPEN MIND WITH YOUR DR π¨ββοΈβs, IDEAS π‘ AND DO ALL NECESSARY TESTING DONE β . WEED OUT WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM FOR WHAT IS THAT PROBLEM. REMEMBER US AS HUMANS DONT JUST GET PAIN FOR NO RESON GET TO YOUR SOURCE. βοΈ
