Anyone have seizures caused by being anemic? I'm undiagnosed atm I really would like so input as far as other people's experiences.

@Sadako sadly i’ve had the health care system fail me too. i don’t think there’s enough research done on neurological status. my doctors still can’t find the cause of my seizures

before i was on meds that worked, mine also got worse before my menstrual cycle. i didn’t know others had this happen too

wait actually same, every seizure i've had has lined up with my menstrual cycle and leading up to the seizures i'd been extremely tired. much to think about haha

hmmm not that i'm aware of, i have epilepsy and iron deficiency anemia but we've never investigated the possible correlation between the two
@Phoebe23 I always get seizures the worst around my menstrual cycle. The night before I had seizures in my sleep I spent most of the day in bed yesterday. An today I'm anemic which isn't a usual occurence.
