Celebrating 3 Months Seizure-Free After PNES Diagnosis

I just wanted to post some excitement. After not driving for 10 months due to PNES, I finally drove. I'm 3 months seizure free!!! šŸ™Œ Progress happens!!!

This is relieving to hear that this is a possibility! I hope that you are able to continue your healing journey and recovery from this condition. Can you share some of the ways youā€™ve treated non-epileptic seizures? Iā€™ve been going to EMDR therapy and practicing mindfulness. But the longest Iā€™ve gone so far is one week without a seizure. I wasnā€™t sure if there was something else that would help.

Congrats! I was shot in the head and couldn't drive for a year. I have focal seizures controlled with Depakote. Wish you all the luck.
