Celebrating 3 Months Seizure-Free After PNES Diagnosis

Congrats! I was shot in the head and couldn't drive for a year. I have focal seizures controlled with Depakote. Wish you all the luck.

This is relieving to hear that this is a possibility! I hope that you are able to continue your healing journey and recovery from this condition. Can you share some of the ways you’ve treated non-epileptic seizures? I’ve been going to EMDR therapy and practicing mindfulness. But the longest I’ve gone so far is one week without a seizure. I wasn’t sure if there was something else that would help.
