My last seizure was Christmas evening of 2020 and lately I've been over thinking about my seizures and fearing they're going to start back up because of how stressed, anxious and overwhelmed I've been. I don't know what to do or how to calm my mental state down. I have nothing to be stressing/overwhelming/getting anxious over right now but I find myself crying or having breakdowns for no reason. Any tips?
