Seeking Tips and Support for PCOS

Hey everyone! ♥️ I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2020 but I haven’t really found my footing it’s been overwhelming. I go nearly a year without menstruating. All my Obgyn and PCP told me was to lose weight and let them know when I want to have children! I took metformin for a few months then stopped. Can anyone give me any tips? I find it hard to be motivated or consistent it feels I’m fighting an invisible battle and losing

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2018 when I noticed unusual facial hair growing and went to the Dr for it.

I also had a really bad time on Metformin immediate release, but I've been doing really well on the extended release (Metformin XR) version! Might be worth asking your doctor about

Hi there! Just got diagnosed as well! Metformin has awful side effects for me so with the doctor's permission I stopped taking it and am now doing diet and exercise only and doing so much better!

Hey. I understand how frustrating it can be. If you don't like taking metformin you can try inositol and diet is only thing that can actually help with PCOS. Feel free to message me anytime. ❤️
