Seeking Second Opinion for Unusual Panic Attack Symptoms

I had an episode where I lost vision then convulsed and came back short of breath and tingly and shaking. I went to the er.They claimed it was a panic attack.I have regular panic attacks and have never felt anything like this. Should I get a second opinion?
