I have GERD. Turns out melons are v alkaline so they're good. Also nut milks are the best alkaline drink. Full fat milk has too much fat and sugar in it so you wanna go for skimmed. I can't swallow liquid meds or have chewable meds so I have to find drinks and foods that help.
