Seeking Relief for Menstruation Pain: Need Advice!

What should I do for my menstruation pain when Tylenol does not work, I can't have blood thinning meds like Midol, aspirin and ibprofan and it's too hot to use a heating pad? I have also got an unusual period cycle that never was normal. I sometimes almost pass out or the vary least feel like I might faint. I even have to skip school or work, on the chance that I do go people constantly think that they need to constantly make sure I won't faint. I have almost run out of options for pain relief and I have no idea what is causing this. I also have migraines during periods.
