What should I do for my menstruation pain when Tylenol does not work, I can't have blood thinning meds like Midol, aspirin and ibprofan and it's too hot to use a heating pad? I have also got an unusual period cycle that never was normal. I sometimes almost pass out or the vary least feel like I might faint. I even have to skip school or work, on the chance that I do go people constantly think that they need to constantly make sure I won't faint. I have almost run out of options for pain relief and I have no idea what is causing this. I also have migraines during periods.

One suggestion is to try Naproxen, as it has been found effective for some people. Another option could be Mefanamic acid, which is available on prescription. It's also recommended to consult with an OBGYN or a doctor about these symptoms. Birth control has also been found helpful in alleviating period pain for some individuals. For migraines, rest and hydration are often suggested. However, these are all suggestions and it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
